Amazing TeamThe good thingsWe have a hands-on director who is very good with decision-making and helping us understand whatever issue is pressing on us. The team is very supportive of each other. Every one is fun to be with and every one also encourages each other to do their best. The work load is also reasonable. The salary is also proportionate to work experience and achievements. There is also free food sometimes! :)
The challengesAs with most roles which require human interaction, it can be a bit challenging to coordinate with some clients and candidates. Both clients and candidates can be rude and emotionally stressful to handle.
