Competitive working environmentThe good thingsFor me, despite all the hardships I had encountered here, controlled and uncontrolled scenarios, it is a good training ground for the blossoming fresh graduates. I-scan helped me to hone my craft as an employee and made me capable to adjust to different work scenarios and patient cases. Besides, whatever the situation was, we were adaptive to change and we worked as a team. Now, I'll be working elsewhere but rest assured that I am bringing the expertise I had acquired and use them to the benefit of my new working environment.
The challengesInstead of giving the challenges, I aim to provide honest solutions so that the company can improve more:
Hire enough people for dedicated posts e.g. clerical work, so that the medical personnel could purely focus on patients' initiatives.
Provide them with significant day-off at least two, so that they could also rest their mind and physical bodies and be able to perform their duties effectively.
