Prior to 2002, the company has almost 20 years of experience in the car sales industry.After operating under extreme conditions (competing not only against other brands but also against the grey market), the company won for the 1st time the Vehicle Sales Department of the year in 2003 for the entire provincial dealer. Winning the Sales award 3 more times for the grand slam in 2007, the company improved its standing to the number 5 position in car industry in the region from selling an average of 15 units/month to 45 units/month.The company was one of the few Hyundai dealers to be certified Elite by Hyundai Motor Corporation in 2007. In 2007, the company co-hosted with HARI the Asia-Pacific Service Conference which was attended by 48 international delegates from 19 countries.In December 2007, the company culminates its impressive 2007 performance by winning the Dealer of the Year Award (DOYA) - with a sweep of all departmental awards for the entire Philippines. Winning the DOYA, the company earned a nomination for Asia-Pacific Dealer of the Year Award which eventually won among the 382 Hyundai Dealers in the Asia and the Pacific Regions on April in Phuket, Thailand in April 2008.In December 8, 2008, the company won for the second time the Dealer of the Year Award (DOYA) held in Club Mwah at Mandaluyong City, Philippines.In 2009, the company has won the Dealer of the Year Award (DOYA) for the 3rd time. This was HCI’s winning for three consecutive time from year 2007 until 2009. The recognition was held in Boracay Shangri-La on the 9th day of February 2010.
