    Having multi task job is very challenging, you have to balance your and be flexible to finish all the job according to their time table.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because I met different personalities and learn a lot of things and encounter different situation and learned haow to handle.
    The challengesThe challenge is managing time and learn how to be flexible especially during customers complain. Being patient and kind should be always practice even in the hardest time. You have to listen even they are annoying you have to smile even your tired.

    The good thingsThe HHI Company is having good benefits and accommodation to all employees, and provides free air fare round trip ticket after completing the contract with incentives.
    The challengesThe challenges that I have in countered when HHI take over the portion of work of our sub-con & we as Engineers are assigned to direct supervision from excavation of Box culvert sea water intake of combined power plant up to concreting. The Big Challenge is the direct manpower supervision with target schedule to be strictly followed.

    The good thingsHas a flexible management, inter personal relationship with their subordinates, prominent in terms of site supervision, they've trust with their supervisor with clever instruction. Documented with all the works to do or to done. Highly appreciated the works with quality control, total coordination for the target schedule on stipulated deadlines to the subcontractor main key personnel.
    The challengesThe safety department should have their own environmental engineer and should have their own expert for scaffolding works in which is can control the subcontractor daily works. Needed to provide competent safety personnel
