    A company with great company culture.
    The good thingsYou can really feel that you are a part of a tight-knit community despite the limited face-to-face interaction with other employees since we are mostly in a wfh arrangement. The company puts the safety of the employees first and made sure each one is doing well during this pandemic.

    The good thingsThe company really values its employees and tries to provide us with a work-life balance so we don't get burn-outs quickly. Also, everyone is easy to approach and ready to provide any assistance needed. The company did its best to ensure the well-being of the employees especially during this covid pandemic.
    The challengesHaving more areas to work at the office will be helpful for everyone especially during this time of pandemic. Since everyone practices basic safety protocol, all locations are being utilized so it's tricky to find a place to work on (only applicable when working onsite and because of coivd-19).

    The best company I have worked so far.
    The good thingsThere is a gaming lounge for you to enjoy if you get bored during lunch breaks or your thirty minute breaks. You can choose when to start your shift and when to get your lunches and breaks as long as you reach your daily goals you will not get a violation. If projects are completed on time, the management gives the whole incentives to the team who is in charge of the project.
    The challengesThere are no challenges working in this company. This company is really great!
