    The leaders and managers were very approachable and they are always willing to share their knowledge to the workforce. I learned a lot especially on the standard of providing a good candidate experience and sourcing and recruitment best practices.
    The good thingsYou get to work with industry experts who shares their best practices in recruitment. Hudson has good roster of clients based in Australia, SEA and some in US and EU. Work processes are established and are properly set in place as a standard for doing work, which helps recruitment teams align goals.
    The challengesSalary progression is present, but not as high as you may expect. To be recognized is to "brag" about what you've done, and they use awards and recognition as a competition, rather as a motivation to be more efficient and effective at work. Work specialization is good, but the workload is different

    Good company. No regrets in joining
    The good thingsI consider myself lucky being accepted in the company. 100% WFH but they still have activities to make sure you feel the involvement of being in the office
    The challengesNo challenges so far. It doubled it's size since I joined
