Periodic Meeting with internal and customer are too much and too long, and in every meeting, you need to make a presentation and this consumes so much of your time and reducing your productivity and time fo monitor and follow up other details

    The good thingsStarting Salary. Efficiency of platforms. Good communication with customers. Will give you good knowledge about the telecommunications field.
    The challengesNo yearly increase in salary. No work life balance. Work always demands you to go on an overtime. Handover tasks will not give you a training for it. You have to teach yourself from scratch. You won't be notified or will be asked for a consent if you can be deployed to another area, they will just tell you "okay from now on, we will deploy you from this area", it's like you're just a chess piece to them. Toxicity level from 1-10, 10 is the highest, I'd rate it 7.

    The challengesThe challenges I've faced is becoming a team leader and preparing multiple assigned tasks with a deadline to meet the target lines especially by hitting a milestone to vendor clients based on the planned schedule. Also, it's become stressful when there's many problems which we faced when the implementation begins and there's too many design problems prepared by the previous designers.
