Sadly, the management doesn't care about their employees as well as their employees' well-being. Most of the employees were overworked and if someone resigns, you will be asked to handle most of their work rather than finding another employee who is a good fit for the vacant position. There's no work-life balance because even if it's not working hours/day-off, you will still receive messages from them. No celebrations, parties, and any event conducted for employee engagement (ex. ChristmasParty)The good thingsI liked that I have learned a lot of things and experienced in a lot of areas in accounting. And that we have a consultant that really oversees the process, he never failed to guide us and correct our little mistakes. It's a good place to start or hone your skills but I don't think employees will stay here long-term if nothing improves.
The challengesThe working schedule is Monday to Saturday (all working days should be worked whole day), no other benefit other than the government-required benefit for every employee. Most of the tasks that will be randomly assigned to you will be figured out by yourself only as no one will teach you anyway. Lastly, the salary became a daily basis which is unfair for a full-time employee.
