    they will say overtime is not mandatory but will guilt trip you to take OT everyday.
    The good thingsaverage salary, they see you as a machine.
    The challengesold office equipment, try to invest in your office equipment. You don't need manpower, you need to have a fast scanner and printer.

    The challengesThe management is not good in handling employees. They just ask you to work even if it is not work related or scope of your job description. Work hours is not appropriate.
