    Good company to work with, but management not empowered with too much politicking
    The good thingsGreat job training. Good rewards and benefits. Governance processes in place but sometimes too "boxed". High standards of work ethics.
    The challengesLong approval process lead to delayed decision making or projects. Like any corporate environment, there's politic-king but theirs is a notch higher than the rest. too much workload.

    The good thingsBonuses and benefits are the best, as well as the incentives you receive that aren't that common in other companies as young as this one.
    The challengesToo much load, very few people to handle it and the process is too departmentalized even though they are only contained in one small space. Being in a JV, the approval process is also very tedious and managers are less empowered than they are supposed to be.
