God is with you so don't have reason to stop believing.
The good thingsYou can learn a lot from them and inside the office, we like a family we help each other and we make a strong bond.
The challengesI hired when the pandemic is going on so the challenge for me is to have training thru virtual. but my superior is kind and understanding and she does do everything for me to learn and to understand what I need to know and she doesn't stop to teach me. and I know that it is also a challenge for her to teach me because I am a newly graduate and I'm newly in the corporate business.

A good training ground for fresh graduates but not for a long term career
The good thingsI was trained well in terms of my job in recruitment. My mentors were clearly knowledgeable and experienced and they are very generous with sharing their skills with their staffs/subordinates. The recruitment team also practices excellent customer service which makes them very reliable and a credible executive search firm. They are able to maintain a good working relationship with its clients and they always put their customers' interests and needs as one of their priorities. The roster of clients is also credible as they have big clients from different industries and also clients from other parts of Asia.
The challengesEventually, employees would seek for career advancement which would be difficult to reach within the company even after long years of service. People who seek for a long term career may not stay for long in the company as career growth in here is quite lengthy. This may seem like a "training ground" for people who are starting to earn and acquire new skills.

    Good company
The good thingsRecruiters are very good. They can give you jobs related to your experiences and educational background.
The challengesOutsourced employee with contractual basis employment. But there is still opportunity for absorption as long as you perform well for their clients.

    Great Experience
The good thingsWorking with HR Network is such a big opportunity for me because they don't have discrimination on their employees. The management is not after on the educational attainment of the applicants they give chance to those job seeker who have to the skills and abilities to do the job well, when it comes to the working environment they are treating their employees well in terms of having monthly socialization, team building and different training.
The challengesThe challenges in every organization is already given, so for me working in this company is stressful but tolerable.

    Blessed
The good thingsI give my headline review as Blessed because this is my first work, Blessed because this good company give me a chance to showcase my knowledge and skills even if I'm not that very familiar as being a Recruiter. The employees here are very nice, kind and very humble they will give you a warm welcome when you will be a part of this company. Maybe in every part of work there is a big chances that you will encountered a problem and challenges that will enhance your skills. Good thing with this company they can escalate the problem easily.
The challengesChallenges is a part of every employee, but if you will take all those negative stress into positive stress it will give you a satisfaction in the end, just always keep on your mind that \"Best are yet to come\".

    MY JOURNEY
The good thingsI enjoy working with HR NETWORK because theu deployed me to a company (ANi) as a Sales Encoder. I appreciate their effort for finding job for me because under my education status I am not qualified to become an office staff but because of them I find myself to become more responsible and productive when they introduce me to ANi.
The challengesThe challenges that I've faced under them is the regularity as an employee, becuase I was not direct hired by ANi, I was under by a recruitment firm I would not be able to become a regular employee that has a good benefit while working to the company.

    outsourced employee
The good thingsThey pay salaries on time. You dont get to work directly with HR Netwok because you get to be assigned to work with a different company.
The challengesHR Network should treat their employees well. Employees assigned to work for other companies doest mean they are not HR Network's employee. Dont make them feel they dont exist after assigning them to work in a company. They should also give payslips on time, thoroughly explain things when the employees have questions. Dont make them feel they are on their own.
