    Healthy, fun environment and culture
    The good thingsTraining is good, colleagues are very very helpful to rookies. Supervisor/s are good mentors. Insightful and fun experience.
    The challengesAt the time, I was still using call cards(paper) while my counterparts were already using tablets. They were quicker and efficient with their coverage.

    Learning and maximizing my potential as a sales person coupled with good working environment and employee enhancement!
    The good thingsI worked with Hovid without a sales experience and they helped me in my career. I learned many things in terms of sales and marketing. The company will develop your full potential as an individual though others may give up at times but if you are motivated and self-determined, surely Hovid will make you grow.
    The challengesSo far I enjoyed working with the company and faced challenges with the different personalities of the doctors/accounts but at the end of the day it is still our determination and startegies that matter.

    Working here in hovid is very challenging. You will discover your potential and expertise in a field of marketing.
    The good thingsBecause of Hovid i built my own house. It improves my financial stability, I also find my ability and expertise in the field of marketing. I also considered my self that i reached next level of a ladder when it comes to life status improvements from nothing to something. All of these because of hovid which gives reasonable and reachable target that turn to incentives or additional income.
    The challengesThe challenges here are the people around you. Because the company compose of different kind of people to interact . Including the mangements your boss and your collegues. But at the end of the day those people around will help you to improve your personal growth and development.

    The good thingsGreat camaraderie with sales force & office colleagues.. They treat their employees with respect and as a family. Good incentive scheme. Happy working environment. Their products are good and effective that meet international standards.

    One of the best company to work poster camaraderie and employee development
    The good thingsThe working environment, the bosses and colleagues. They treated me with respect and no discrimination. They extended help needed for healthcare needs. They make a way so employees can feel motivated in their job. Though I can say that not all the benefits are being given because of some limitations but the company makes sure that they can give what is due to the employees. Excellent incentives and trip to head office in Malaysia as a rewar system to top performing district yearly.
    The challengesNot all may have adjusted to the company culture of the deliverables especially the analysis but it teaches you to develop your full potential and discover your strengths that can still be improved. A little patience is needed especially if your are a new Medrep but they will give you one of the best trainings in the field and as a Medrep.

    Small sacrifices with long term gains
    The good thingsHovid has always been known to give very good commission scheme, good working tools for area management and family like environment. Hovid also has its own invator brand which is backed up by clinical studies both for non alcoholic fatty liver disease, neuroprotection and hair loss. Hovid is based in Malaysia which is a PICS country and has its own manufacturing plant that is why there is flexibility in pricing, we are WHO accredited and a supplier to UNICEF
    The challengesHovid Inc needs to improve on inventory management to make sure the right stocks are always available. Improve also in basic salary entry level and yearly increment.

    Life in Hovid
    The good thingsHovid is a good company to work with if only they employ the right management who are deserving of the role. They have a friendly and helpful office staff, good incentive scheme but they don't give field personnel a revolving fund to be used in the area. Medical representatives and District Managers have to use money out of their own pockets before it can be refunded.
    The challengesThey need to review and listen to field staffs' concerns and evaluations with regards to superiors' behavior and be more understandable and flexible to field staff regarding deadlines when staff is out of town or travelling.

    The good thingsI enjoyed staying in my current employer because my colleagues there is nice and it is near in my place only 2 rides from our house .
    The challengesYou are working but you don't know if where department you are belong they are not clarifying what you are supposed to be. The management is not good
