    I had a great time in BLI; the Management has a clear vision on where they want the company to go. Of course there will be challenges ahead but as long as you know your role, the Management will support

    WORST HUMAN RESOURCES
    The good thingsTheir recruitment process is the worst and their HR personnel is very unprofessional. Not even sure if their advertised job openings exist. No wonder they couldn't find the right people for their company.

    I have build my confidence when I was chosen to train a group of Doctors and Cashiers on how to use VisionPro (POS) in different cities and provinces.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleagues as they were all easy to work with and caring.
    The challengesAside from our client stores in SM Aura, Megamall, Vertis North, SM Southmall, and in Okada, I have also travelled to Cebu and Cagayan De Oro just to provide support and demonstrated use of company POS for BIR approval.

    The good thingsThe Company is just a small one in terms of headcount so we are just like family.
    The challengesThere were no established processes and systems yet, thus, meeting the deadline of monthly reports is almost close to impossible. There was a high turnover of employees due to non-existence of standards and systems to follow.
