GRATEFULThe good thingsSupervisors were very patient when teaching me the basics, knowing that I knew nothing and came from scratch. My achievements were theirs as well since they gambled time and took risk of having me in the company. They correct your mistakes, well of course but does not look at it as something that could hinder you from growing and learning. They share theirs experiences too which can really be of help for you to mature not only for your well-being but also during your stay in the company. It really helps.
If your supervisors correct you, think of it as a good thing. They correct you for you to learn more, they correct you for you not to repeat mistakes. Well generally I know that they're correcting your mistakes to prepare you in your next journeys ahead. Soon in time, maybe you'll not be in the same position or same company you are in years ago, but trust me, you'll then look back and thank them and all they did for you, to mold you for for something more better. And that's what Hopewell Sales Corp. have made me.
More power to the company and God Bless!
The challengesSeveral I must say. We all knew I came from scratch, basically, I came from nothing. So, there were a lot of things that I did not know. Frankly speaking, I had countless mistakes due to less than average knowledge regarding to my job position but my supervisors did not take that against me. They looked at it as somewhat something you can use as a stepping stone to exert more. Nevertheless, the consider you equal to the old employees. You just basically need more training considering you are new.
