    Good benefit package but lack of work-life-balance
    The good thingsThis company offers good benefit package. One of the things that I liked most was the health card which they can provide to three of your family members plus yourself. The management took good care of their employees thru open communication. This company offers good opportunity for your career growth, wherein at the end of the year, they will discuss,with you, all the good things that you have contributed and all important points that needs to be improved on yourself.
    The challengesSince everyone seems to be hardworking, I am exposed to numerous overtime. There are cases that deadlines are way too near so you are expected to work extra hard way close to limitations. Most of the time, i took my job at home just to accomplish the tasks that the work demands from me. Work-life-balance was less regarded.

    The good thingsbased on my experience working as an office staff in Honda Philippines, I would say good, because of all the people that I work with. they are so kind, generous, and they share their ideas and knowledge even thought is s not your field. for me the most important is the relationship between your co employee, 2nd is the salary and compensation that the employer paid to their employees.
    The challengesfor my 5 years experience, the best challenge that I have experience is when initiating a big event like seminar with all dealer managers for Visayas and Mindanao, my supervisor ask me to find the venue for the incoming event, like the place for the seminar, place for the lunch and dinner and also the hotel accommodation.
