    HPMC provides best quality of service and products to a customer. Each parts undergo 101% quality checking before deliver to customer.
    The good thingsThe people are nice. It's up to you of how you deal with your co-employee and adapt the environment. The bosses are approachable especially the japanese and feels like you are really a family of HPMC because they treat each of individual as equal. No problem when it comes to benefits. The company has lots of activities. That's why I want to stay longer here
    The challengesBase in my experienced, ☺ When you have to reach the target output of the machine process even when there is a downtime like fixing quality problem of the machine and change model (normally, it takes 15-30mins.) and the output is still the same. We still managed to give the target output because of one reason. We have no choice

    The good things- There is an open communication between management and employees. - Good working environment, disciplined and well-mannered employees (most of them) which can give you peace of mind at work. - Lots of improvement activities in the company where everybody are encouraged to join, both regular and contractual employees. - Recognition of employee contributions for improvement. - Lots of opportunities to grow and learn in different fields as employees are rotated from one department to another. - Opportunity to handle big projects and responsibilities. - Good perks and benefits. - Two (2) weeks paid vacation
    The challenges- Work schedule (we are required to work selected Saturdays). - Adapting to your associates if you are a new employee. - If you came from a lax environment, tendency to have difficulty in adjusting to company culture as they are quite strict in implementing rules and regulations.
