    I work their for 4 months even i did not get the regularization im still happy because they help me to grow as a better version on me .

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, everything was new to me. Our team leaders were very approachable and you will feel that they appreciate that you are there with them.
    The challengesThe challenges I encountered were also new to me such as communicating and coordinating with other departments to reach the goal and do branching which means different kinds of people. But eventually, I was able to adapt with the world this company has.

    The good thingsOf course being part of SM, it was a good experience. We all know that SM is a big and well known company and I had to admit that that's the primary reason for applying for it. For fresh grads like me during that time, It was so much struggled! But it made me a better person.
    The challengesOf course one factor of those challenges came from your boss/bosses. We had to admit that sometimes they are the primary reason for us to stay of quit. The work load is quite okay for me. I mean, I can handle it despite the fact that there's so much load that I am carrying. But I guess, at the end of the day, I love working. :)

    The challenges80% of my stay in the company requires me to stand, because, its in the mall. We need to talk to customers and explain the products.
