    The challengesLike most cruise jobs, the schedule can be demanding with long hours and limited days off during contracts. Shore-based roles tend to have a better work-life balance than shipboard roles.

    The good thingsA great relationship with colleagues. Health assistance is superb. A chance for promotion is given to everybody as long as the company sees your working hard for it.
