    It's a great priviledge to worked in Holiday Inn, specially if you work with a great, talented people.
    The good thingsHaving a great team work with my colleagues. All the staff was very friendly although we're different nationalities we are like family.

    The challengesalthough I didn't become a regular employee I was treated as an equal perhaps more in terms of authority in work place after proving my capabilities; I was appointed a OIC within the F&B Service Depart. tackling all events presented each coming with there own unique demands/ last minute changes and request, there are times when colleges asks me why do I always do more than what is expected even though I was being paid less, I just firmly say \" pay is not the determining factor in performing your best in what you do, its HAPPYNESS! I am happy in what I do.\"

    HISM Review
    The good thingsI enjoyed lots of thing while working here. At HISM I enjoyed the character of my co-workers. They're all good at heart and they also have good work ethics. As for the HR team I really admire them because I can see that they are doing their job beyond what is expected.
    The challengesThe challenges when I stayed at HISM was the kitchen is divided into 2. The main kitchen is at the 4th floor while the butchey, pastry, and vegetable is at the 1st basement, its a hassle when we go up and down repeatedly.
