    Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsGreat group of people, huge array of skill sets and backgrounds. The Bendigo site is growing and likely to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. If you enjoy working on huge projects for anything from rail, mining, power generation, defence, etc, this is where you want to be. Other sites within this company are also willing to assist when you need it. If you're fresh to the area, or thinking about a tree change, you won't regret it.
The challengesOnly left because of personal reasons.

Great company but there are lots of room for improvement!
The good thingsThe people from the office and the workshop became my second family - hence, I always feel comfortable being around these people. And just like any other job out there, the job/tasks can be draining and frustrating, and given that I am project manager, the role itself comes with a lot of frustration on a daily basis. But my colleagues make it worthwhile to get back up and push through my job again. The pay, it is fair but not competitive. All in all, If you are after a healthy environment to be in and growth in your career, this company is the best place to be. You will always be learning a thing or two, as you will be surrounded by highly-skilled professionals!
The challengesThe parking space needs to be bigger. The remuneration must be competitively higher. Not allowed to work from home.
