    i been working as sales associate for the rustans group of companies like zara, marks and spencer,debenhams and rustans department store in criselda lontok designer brand at rustans shangrila. all my previous and other work before is related as sales consultant or sales associate. and i also worked as i part time inventory to said companies and their warehouses..
    The good thingsmy employer give some incentives when i reach our target quota. they recognize me and all of workers for all the good things that we have done..it is happy to work when we got our incentives and give also a certificate of your what we done,like being topseller and others..thank you and Godbless.. :)

    H&M is fast paced environment
    The good thingsWhat i like most of this company is no descrimination and then you can wear want you want even short &sleeveless during your duty day.Then huge pantry for staff there's a restroom ,tv,refrigator ,two oven , and more
    The challengesEvery second minute &hours everything is counted H&M is very fast faced environment then the staff is limited .The store is huge so u need to be more flexible if you think you are lousy I believd you can't fit this environment
