This company is unique in a way that most of their product coming from abroad, so if you have a client that has their needs you better have your negotiations skill be ready in order that they will the one to purchase first.

    The good thingsAll customers must be well treated like a VIP and it's a happy store atmosphere. It's good to handle customers complaint and comment, why? Because for me it is also a element to increase our sales strategies so we could increase our idea for possitive market behaviour. And also one good thing about sales industry based on my observations, customers really love benefits of products rather than features, they love entertainments is a preasure for them.
    The challengesChallenges is important as part of being employee and also it's essential for self development. Individual and team sales quota are challenging but it is useful both employee and company but a little bit of pressure. As a employee in sales and marketing industry it's more important the good relationship of both customers and employee why bcoz it is one key to address the well spring of productivity.
