HHIC-Phil. is a promising company because it offers a very skilled employees the only downside is the low salary.
The good thingsShip Designing is not an easy task but it offers a good experience about almost everything that you will face in a company from learning new skills, handling man power, working under pressure, working through ongoing changes and facing challenges and overcoming them using the best way possible.
The challengesThe work is good except the work environment which offers a lot of dangers because of the work environment itself is subjected to different heavy machines.

Working as a material controller in hanjin is a great opportunity and a good stepping stone to this career because I have learned a lot about warehousing and controlling of materials through challenges encountered and knowledge newly acquired.
The good thingsI enjoyed inspections of incoming materials and making report upon inspection. Togethet with new colleague who teach about our materials. Sometimes we do fabrication of requested materials from fabrication site which ismy favorite part as a former fabricator in brunei darussalam. I learned that in handling of materials, one should be very carefull as if all of materials are fragile at the same time one should be coutios enough specially during inspection and issuance of materials.
The challengesThe first challenge i have in working in hanjin was being panctual because the location of our work site is 40 mins away from my bording house and schedule of busses are limited. While at work, the first challenge is accomplishing all work orders given by our head foreman. Everything should be organized, all details and records must be updated, reports must be forwarded to our korean managers and issuance of materials should be on time so that work in fabrication department will not be delayed.
