    The good thingsYou are paid with a minimum pay plus commission. Your take home pay is base in your performance and hard work. My commission is usually way higher than my monthly salary. Flexitime
    The challengesChange of management. 2nd generation of Hizon are the new management and alit of changes takes place. Lower commission now despite of poor work/life balance I rarely get a day off since I have lots of events. OT is not paid. There are day when you have to work for 16 to 20 hours a day due to events. Stress is super high.
