Warm and welcoming, but grows cold over time
The good thingsWorking in the office was a genuinely pleasant time. The manager is kind, colleagues are cool, everyone is very fun to work with.
The challengesIf you perform well, the job gets increasingly harder due to you being in more demand. Good performance isn't rewarded very well and there is hardly any opportunity to further your career.

    It's really tough working here.
The good thingsThe only reason why I still stay working here is because of my close colleagues and students.
The challengesmanagement style and decision-making including policies like they implement them first before they inform the employees about the new memo or if there is an amendment to it, lots of demands (most of the time they are unreasonable, low incentives, doesn't care about the welfare of the employees

    fun yet stressful
The good thingsThey facilitate activities that employees enjoy like during halloween, christmas and valentines day. They have good coaching techniques and they really make sure that you are doing your job right.
The challengesThey need to improve the benefits that employees could get. They should set realistic target i.e. teacher's number of students each cut off so teacher could be compensated better.

No other ESL companies can beat
The good thingsbeen working in this company for almost 4 years now. I can see the growth and improvement this company has achieved, kudos! Teachers are well compensated. Great thing is that they give annual salary increase so it's competitive. We have a really generous boss and it's now operating 24/7 so anyone can choose their preferred work schedule flexibly. Salary is really competitive. Imagine working for more than 3 years with 21k and up basic pay plus the yearly increment and the bonuses per cut off. oopss! that'll be all for now haha

    GREAT COMPANY!
The good thingsWorked in the company for 3 years and there's nothing more I can say. The people are awesome and right now, they're expanding so there's a lot of opportunities to grow. Salary is high if you work your butt off the weekends and it's a fun environment, being able to teach students of all ages.
The challengesIt can be difficult handling basic level students but it's all good if you get the hang of it.
