They show it through their actions by conducting regular employee surveys and check-ins, then implementing these changes to make things better. An example of this is I've personally experienced the company providing better employee benefits almost every year such as better life/health insurance coverage, implementing a mental health program where every employee can book a session with psychologists or coaches, and even inviting employees to quarterly team buildings, webinars and other unique engagement activities even though we are working virtually. They never forget about employees' well being and they place employee's physical and mental health first.
