    The challengesWe have redundancy in the work of the global crisis so I did not work there anymore .Job need our daily lives for our finaciall support.Hopelly I will work again in hitachi I love to work with it.

    The challengesI working here for more than 7years with different Nationals. Every day is adjustment not only for co-worker but also for Customers. Some times Customer shouted but there is no room for angry..need more patience and understanding.. Customer is a Customer

    The good thingsEveryone will be given a chance to be sent to Japan, for atleast 5months stay there. Work-life balance, work will end at 430 PM
    The challengesJobs are not challenging enough, no further growth. Very strict with attendance/taking a leave.

    The good thingsStress level of work is minimal. The benefits are HMO, food and travel allowance and rice allowance (after 3 years). Have minimal yearly increase and they offer training at japan (with binding contract minimum of 3 years)
    The challengesI have long travel time and the career advancement is slow. The work is routinary. Tho the people you work with are mostly 30 years old and below

    The good thingsAlmost all of the people you work with are knowledgeable, highly experienced and very dedicated to their work; still, the people I worked with are humble. They are also team players and ensures the success of the project by sharing the necessary information related to the work with all concerned personnel. Given this information sharing, you will learn considerably even if you are an experienced worker. Finally, they trust that you will do your work, so they don't hover over you like vultures, waiting for you to make a mistake.
    The challengesIf you are given a task, do it and do it well, as they will expect that you will do your best. If a given a target, try to meet it as much as possible and to come up with all possible solutions to a given problem; as long as it can be \"controlled\".
