    Dreadful Management
    The good thingsGood for starters and good location.
    The challengesPoor and biased management. Micromanagement - every move is monitored. Toxic environment. Rampant gossip - rumors, backstabbing and sycophant co-workers. No work-life balance - long hours are expected and not rewarded, personal time is ignored.

    Overall, I will recommend this for those who want to have experience on Hospitality field. Good for those independent individual and there's no so much responsibility.
    The good things- Good for Fresh Grads - Non toxic colleagues - Peaceful Work Environment - Light Workloads
    The challenges- Average Salary - Some staffs don't change the water on the dispenser

    Management is terrible, high attrition rate.
    The good thingsGood for start up people, use it as a stepping stone. Don't make the mistake overstaying here because of low compensation and no career growth, you might be tempted to stay because of free food every month.
    The challengesUpper management don't have any idea what they are doing. Very biased decision making. Lots of gossips everywhere. Lots of unnecessary meetings.

    Happy job hunting, AVOID this one.
    The good thingsThe company is very considerate, especially during the Covid years. Providing Internet allowance Providing Work From Home set up for all employees during the Covid years. Providing Company Service Vehicle. Clean and Tidy workplace. Calm and Peace environment. The company has an HMO. Lots of Pizza.
    The challengesManagement is one-sided (BIASED). The different departments are micro-managing other team departments. Career growth is only good if you're close to the management.

    Management is one hell of a NIGHTMARE.
    The good thingsLate working hours (9 am). The office building area has a lot of food stalls.
    The challengesHorrible management including PMO. Top management is very biased. Low salary. Low salary increase. Low compensations. Very low career growth opportunities for non-management personnel. The morning staff mainly consists of fresh graduates, so expect high-school dramas. Micromanagement is at its peak. Very stressful workplace.

    The good thingsCoworkers: are very friendly and optimistic people, they provide positve and light vibe towards one another which put us in a very comfortable working environment. Management: is very considerate, they do necessary actions towards concerns of people, democratic style of managing, and is able to acknowledge potential people who deserves incentives or better compensation.
    The challengesFrom few teams to multiple teams converted to departments. I think growing with the company also provided me a bigger picture which made me worry about the future. But overall, I would gladly refer anyone to work here.

    The good thingsDuring my last few months in the company, they have increased a lot in the salary of the employees.
    The challengesThe more you get higher in the position, the more stress and pressure you will get. Endless repetitive meeting were unnecessary.

    The good thingsThe people you work with, compensation is enough for someone who is just on their starting point of career, comfortable working place, and the office very accesible.
    The challengesStress does come in different form for each of us, some may experience it with their workload, while some may have difficulties with their teammates.

    Friendly Working Environment
    The good things-Friendly working environment *able to communicate with superiors without hesitations *HIS is not just a company but also a place where you can consider everyone as family. Celebrates special day of dear colleagues. *sleeping quarter -Work and life balance *8 hours work. Payed overtime. Management will not let you do overtime but if you are willing to, they do appreciate how you care for your job.
    The challenges-Average stress, what you'd expect in any company. Stress is always there by the way. It's up to you how you will handle it. -As an individual, please do expect that growth is a step by step process. Just like this company, it is still young (2 years) not that well-established but they are on a pace where every individual is striving hard to prove that this company will get along its way, that success will be meet and where everybody will benefit.

    Contentment is the key
    The good thingsFriendly working environment that helps the employees to do better and feel light while working. Helps you grow and develop your character as time goes by which is more important for the future career opportunities to come. Personally speaking I can say that I can balance work and life in this company. They will not require you to do overtime if not necessary. As much as possible they encourage staffs to be out on time. Approachable admins and managers that are very willing to help as long as they can. I believe that it is better to focus on building your character first, before you ask for opportunities. Career growth will come, but professional growth will go a long way.
    The challengesThe only challenge I find is the frequent changes in the workflow and team structure. But still, it helps me to develop my flexibility and adaptability. :)
