    Great opportunity being employed
    The good thingsThe good things to be employed here is that mu immediate supervisor was super cooperative and good mentor of mine in my field of work. I experience also working with confident because of the professional ethics that a supervisor has
    The challengesI just had a problem of shuttling the employee to their respective destination because of transport scheduling. Traffic also cause of my always late. Hope that the company consider some reasons of late. Make them considerate enough.

    The good thingsFriendly environment like family. Tolerable office politics. Open for trainings for career growth when asked. Work load is manageable and the schedule is not so demanding.
    The challengesA lot of traditional business practices are not being modified. Very conservative style of administration. Management is very much afraid in taking risks. The business could have been very competitive if only potentials are opened and driven.
