    The good thingsGreat group of diversified employee and nice pay especially for beginners. Great place to learn, develop discipline and nice place to have a stable career for sales. No pressure. Cares for their employees.
    The challengesLarge expectations especially on self-development. Training should be align in actual sales experience. It's a great place to work for a sales dedicated person. Employee shouldn't work beyond working hours.

Since majority of the population of this company are the tenured ones. Nevertheless, this company is one of the precious stones. They will help you achieve your aspired roles in the future.

    The good thingsPeople management are very keen in people development. People first, before business. They value every individual. They promote diversity and inclusion among all human beings. No discrimination. Good salary, competitive commision schemes for sales professionals, and a great place to work for some people who are looking for genuine career growth!
    The challengesshifting from a different industry to a construction like Hilti, might be a quiet challenge for some. But with the right skill and the support from the management group of Hilti, it should not matter at all. Nevertheless, it is a great place to work!

Contracting or negotiating skills should be applied instead of saying YES all the time despite of potential problem is known already. More demand to the management rather than receiving applause and appreciation, more trainings related to potential position.
