    In a short period of time I learned more not only in my degree but also about MEPF because I handle this task effectively.
    The good thingsI do multi-tasking job and the salary is quite good, you will learn more if you seek experience aside from high compensation. They provide decent staff house it was clean and air conditioned. They have also transportation service.
    The challengesThey trust my ability to perform different task and I did it well. I develop some skills which before I don't have. Thru constant pressure and demand of my superiors I learn different things and give me additional task in which learned new things in construction.

    Life with HCC is challenging.
    The good thingsEvery working day gives you challenging problems require analytical/strategic concept in order to resolve issues. Allowing you to decide and make new strategic action and giving you full support in every decisions you made. Teaching you another ways in solving peoblems and helping you on how to do a certain job.
    The challengesLow salary. They require full commitment to work to the point that even holidays they require you to report/work makes me choose to decide to leave and pursue my dream to become a licensed civil engineer. And so I did. I am now a licensed civil engr.

    The challengeswork even on sundays and holidays, low salary, regularization takes years , employees are over-taxed, Experienced employees need to adjust, as there are many equal-co-worker/ co-rank, decisions need to consult your co-rank, since it is ISO:9001 setting, not given over - all command for a particular job

    the engineers we work with was good at their profession and were willing to share the knowledge and experience they have.
    The good thingsi never expect working in a construction would be that fun with different people.The CM push us to out limits by giving us various task, and while doing so, we obtain some learning that will be in good use in real job.
    The challengesthere were so many different kinds of people, different personalities to deal with, and it was never easy going up and down a high rise building. But these challenges made me strong and wise as a future worker in construction industry.

    The good thingsThe boss in engineering dept. at main office is fine. The work is not stressful. The atmosphere is friendly and quiet. Our Department head wants also us to have a quarterly company outing to boost out friendship and relation to other workers.
    The challengesWhen all projects comes on us in the same period of time, it will surely be a challange to us. Another is that they give me another work that what is written to my job description. Their own personal projects are passed (sometimes) to us.

    The good thingsGood thing is that in terms of work I learned a lot of tings and i really grew up. Enjoyed being in this company, it tough me how to deal in a different situations in a corporate world. I've gain a lot of experience. The salary is good enough though the regularization is really rare. The people to work with are really awesome!
    The challengesDiffernt faces and different situantion I am facing everyday. Sorry to tell this, the salary is good, the experience and the lessons that you will gain here is very good. But my boss is really unfair ang inconsiderate. She is my only problem here. I guess, Managers shouls know how to handle their people and make them feel that they are appreciated.

    The good thingsMy employer made me experience different kind of work to be flexible. made me analyze what should be first to finish. the staffs working in HCC are very nice and easy to get along with. My company also enhances us by giving us different seminars.
    The challengesthe challenging part here in my company is at first they give you the chance to work on your own, you set your plan and goals and then they will evaluate you. if you did great you will be given credentials and if not they will teach you the better strategy.
