    The good thingsRespectful and pleasant colleagues and bosses. Reasonable pressure from bosses. Relaxing music in the office. New and nice desktop equipment.
    The challengesNot automated. Not much transparency to employees. Not much growth career-wise. No incentives/bonus other than for sales people. No free coffee. Dont expect work-stability for workers

    The good thingsPeople Management in this company is like having a second family. Everyone cares and everyone is a brother or a sister. The company owners are like your second Mom and Dad who will not only let you develop but will also be there for you to ask or seek validation if what you are doing is right. and will correct you accordingly without bias.
    The challengesNone. I appreciate everything I see in this company and value the inputs of it's employees. I am a leader myself and I have found the place where I can use my skills and improve more on handling cross-department relationship.
