The challengesI hope the company should first issue a good office before they started operating on their satellite offices, I mean a good office with an office equipment, office supplies, furniture and fixtures, a construction company with a safety officer and first aid kit, complete Personal Protective Equipment for the workers, treatment room, company phone etc. . that a construction company should have. Representative or good leaders should be trained more in other for them to be an effective superior on their respective site. They should undergo more actual training in order for them to understand what is the real world of being an effective leader and at the same time the quality of works of their project will be perfect or in good condition that would last a lifetime. And at the same time adjusting the salary rate of the workers on their respective roles, duties and responsibilities that they shouldn't shoulder once in while. In short they are concern only for the money.
