    We are like a family
    The good thingsThere are no such thing as perfect company, HiAdvance has a lot of issues that they need to consider to resolve. One of the good thing in that company is most of the people are nice even some managers are very friendly and helpful. Eventhough the work is hard still the environement is not toxic most of the time.
    The challengesLong working hours, less leave benefit that we don’t have enough time to rest from the work load.

    The good thingsI’ve learned so many things in HiAdvance, they thought me to consider quality in everything I do in the Lab. They are very particular with the quality especially if the environement and health is at stake.
    The challengesFew Leave benefits, the load of work is overwhelming, i think the management should consider that the employees deserves to enjoy more leave.
