    So far so good for a Software Engineer Job the pay is really good and the people are great.
    The good thingsFor Professional Services work like mine their work setup is pretty great which offers full work from home setup which gives me flexibility for work.
    The challengesI think the challenges I encountered so far is reasonable since most of the HRs are available at night while my work schedule every morning so the communication for both my HR and Manager (located on IN) is a bit challenging for me.

    So far if not because of QA score I still want to continue pursuing to work in this company. Avoid dead air it may affect your score they will add that as process.
    The good thingsThe environment is so good,, friendly and staff are very accommodating
    The challengesThe QA straggle me a lot. You have to pass QA weekly and monthly to avoid termination.
