I resigned due to the toxic work environment, filled with gossip and backstabbing. Although the president was kind and humble, many employees below him were so entitled specially the managers, insincere, and has no character development. Managers and his/her people were often the ones stirring up rumors, showing favoritism, and treating people unfairly. It simply wasn’t a healthy place to work.
The good thingsOffers a 13th-month pay, KPI bonuses, and flexible working hours.
The challenges There were instances where tasks were assigned all at once and expected to be completed in a short time frame. Communication with immediate supervisors/head was often lacking, with some being unresponsive. Additionally, there was a large volume of documents to file.

The challengesI don't see any growth on my 3 years of working there. There's better opportunities outside. KPI & ISO was useless.

    Hexagon is Great!
The good thingsThe company is well-established and there is a structure in place already which makes it a good company to work in, in my opinion. The bosses all are esteemed professionals from whom you can learn so much in their respective expertise.

    Good working environment
The good thingsPeople in the company welcomed me as if I am a long-time part of their family. They taught me more than what I needed to learn and guided me on my everyday duties as well.
The challengesThe load work maybe; but it will push you to your limit which can be viewed as an opportunity for self growth, too.

    Very challenging yet fulfilling experience!
The good thingsYou get to meet experienced people in the industry who are down to earth and willing to share their knowledge to beginners, like myself. You'll see an organization where the employees love their employer and vice versa. Nonetheless, I am very happy working with them.
The challengesThere are a lot of challenges due to the various industries that the company belongs to.
