    Free Meal, Good People
    The good thingsFree Meal, good people (most of them are easy to work with). There are soft skills trainings available, and you need to request from your manager if you want a different kind of training and it's up to his/her approval. There are allowances also.
    The challengesNot much although there are times when workload gets stressful but it's normal.

    Amazing and Friendly Colleagues
    The good thingsStaffs are very friendly and helpful. HR are very easy to talk to with personal and work concerns.
    The challengesThe diversity of people. Sometimes it become a challenge for people like me who are not expose to other cultures.

    A Good Training Ground
    The good things-Co-workers are nice and approachable. -The Training and development programs are good. You just have to take an initiative to sign up and make sure to look out for new trainings to join. -I like that we have an annual CSR program, with transparency reports too. -Employee relations activities are very creative and fun. I hope that more employees would join too. -Working environment is good.
    The challenges-The location is a bit far where I'm residing although the location has a lot of greeneries and I'd like to think that it's better for my mental health.

    The good thingsSupport departments are all accommodating and friendly. Admin cater the needs and request of employees. HR are also approachable and always think the welfare of the employees.
