    The good thingsAll laboratory machines were automated. Good starter for those who do not want to work on Hospital. Machines were excellent. Good work environment.

    Not-so-good company, poor management basically
    The good thingsApproachable people (except management) in clinics and in the office. An "Ayala" company (sort of a big deal, sure)
    The challenges- VERY unapproachable management - Immediate supervisor will just dismiss your idea because their idea is "better" - Quantity over quality type of work - No equipment provided. There's equipment but they'll ask you to request an IT personnel to fix it, ON YOUR FIRST DAY

    All around frontline worker
    The good thingsColleagues are great, they are fun to be with. Working with them makes the job easier.
    The challengesWe are understaffed before, during and up to post lockdown. We are working on straight duties, covering up different departments due to lack of manpower. Lack of compensation adding that we work as a frontliner.
