    Bad experience. Not recommended.
    The good thingsNone. No good things in this company.
    The challengesRecruitment process is as waste of time and effort! I was able to sign a job offer but got ghosted after multiple times of following up about the contract and start date. I went to their office twice-thrice, nothing happened. Tiring.

    Recruitment will a waste of time and don't respect job seekers.
    The good thingsNone, because there is no good things to say to them.
    The challengesTheir recruitment is a waste of time and a joke. They will interview you without making an appointment first, and will also waste your time following up. They will not give their feedback or the result of the recruitment process and will not answer you eventhough so many follow ups have been made.

    Wonderful experience!
    The good thingsThe people I got to work with are great! I'm learning a lot from everyone and I'm truly gaining so much from my experience working here. I see that the company is truly aiming for the growth of its employees both in their career and personal lives.
    The challengesSince it is a start up company, it still has its limitations, but I see a lot of improvements from when I started working here. My role may be a bit stretched at times, but it is also gives me opportunities to grow.

    I WAS HIRED AT A BPO COMPANY THRU HCM NEXUS
    The good thingsEverything was nice and perfect work wise. In the BPO company, I was assigned, I was trained well and I felt like I was part of the family even if I was just assigned there.
    The challengesWith HCM Nexus, it was kinda hassle since we have a different pay schedule, even in the bpo company I worked we have like online in and out, we still need to sumbit at HCM manual DTR. All is well when I was working but when I left, my last pay that was promised I can get by January, for some unknown reason is not yet ready and it's already May.
