    It was okay until it's not.
    The good thingsBeen in this company for 10 years. It was friendly at first.
    The challengesHR never responds to your inquiries. It took me 6 months to get the answer that I need from HMO.

    The good thingsno required pre-employment medical exam
    The challengeseverything? IT support sucks, cancels tickets without resolving issues Very difficult to inquire with HR Their HR is mostly not in this country Very difficult to get OT pay if you accidentally rendered OT because of a long call with a customer. can't feel the weight of having nightdiff , overtime & holiday pay because of the manner they do in distributing it

    Salary is the only thing that's competitive in HCL. Dental isn't even included to dependents.

    Use this company if you want to switch from CS/other to IT careers but still, i cant recommend it
    The good thingsYou can easily pass the interview. Above average salary. Free IT certificate.
    The challengesNo structure. OT and Holiday Pay are ALWAYS delayed. Favoritism. Lack of training. Lack of HR information. They will schedule your NHO while youre on the training so you cant attend it, now you dont know anything about policies. Managers failed to process your annual appraisal. Managers are not trained with HR process.

    The challengesGiven the location and potential travel time, I would recommend that the other applicant consider staying closer to HCL for convenience.

    The challengesPromotions often seem to depend more on being close to management rather than merit. I’m not sure if HCLTech as a company is aware of this issue in one of their accounts

    The challengesManagement tends to micro manage, Team leads hired are inadequate to know the account and process. Delay in payment of wages, one month delay, Toxic culture, specially HR. No correct training provided specially for a new account.

    Good for people looking for shifting jobs to IT or Fresh Grads but not worth staying.
    The good thingsthe work environment was good, it is also a good starting point for experience since they are hands on teaching stuff for the production.
    The challengesTHE management: they are focused on the account and not the employees working -they will have favoritism and so on.

    The challengesThere are inconsistencies in work ethic across the team, which can lead to an uneven distribution of workload. Some team members do not contribute as much as others, making it challenging to meet deadlines and maintain morale. Clear accountability and better team collaboration are needed.

    Bitter. Sweet.
    The good thingsMy co-workers are very friendly and helpful. SME's are approachable and supportive.
    The challenges1. Very poor people management specially to our OM and my Tier 2 TLs. 2. Lack of initiative in providing support and guidance from my TLs in Tier 2. 3. They provide incentives but the amount is not reflecting to the amount of efforts I exerted. 4. The TLs didn't monitor properly the quality of work of some of their agents specially in Tier 2. They just look on the result and they sacrifice the quality resulting of escalations. 5. The higher ops and the management is very toxic when they handling their people specially when you raised concerns.

    The challengesFrequent salary disputes. It's so disheartening when you don't receive the salary you're expecting when you worked during holidays, OTs, grave yard, etc. It takes a while before you receive them and it's not guaranteed you'll receive the correct amount or have to dispute again.

    The challenges- Slow recruitment process. It will take a while before you get a follow-up and hr team seems to be more upset when you are asking questions and follow-up. A lot of documents revisions even job offer revisions. - Salary dispute almost every time.

    The challengesSalary is average. Some may even find it low considering the company is located in BGC Taguig. Onsite work is challenging due to the location. There isn't much performance bonuses.

    Amazing start but prepare for sudden changes.
    The good thingsThe HMO benefits are great and also the salary it good since it was work from home.
    The challengesRecent changes made it to report to work onsite but the office is not easily accessible via public transport. Also almost half of my salary will be dedicated for transport if I will continue work onsite. I was referred to a position that was more on the managerial side but my preferences was more on the technical side.

    The challengesEverything is virtual. They don't provide chance to handle reports. The individual scorecards are jampacked and they don't provide trainings or meetings to meet metrics they have provided. Feedback need more improvement. The leads doesn't have enough time to provide feed back. Getting meetings would affect scorecard as calls are required to be hit to pass score card.
