The challengesThe TA team doean’t seem to be aligned with one another. I applied like 6 months or so agao for an OM post. I was informed that I was the final select and was advised to tender my resignation, which I did. Only to find out tbat the requisition was on hold as wellas my Job Offer. This was after I am serving my last 30 day notice period. Good thing that I was able to retract my resignation. Good job HCL team, you almost caused me losing my job.
