    The challengesI think the very challenging for this company is when, I was communicating with client wherein had a past due which I need to still encourage them so settle they're loan how we we cannot able to avoid for does client had no intention to pay or to coordinate with us particular for does client which no capacity to make a payment.

    Everyday changes in process is really hard also if your not a good catcher to the process its a lot of challenging.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here becauae if you hit the target youll get incentives so that i will help my family in other expenses.
    The challengesChallenge for me is about the transportation you will consume almost half of your salary everytime you go to work. I hope they will have permanent work from home set up
