The challengesUpper Management review of Managers performance done by overseas HQ is not realistic, Facility needs renovation but on hold due to expected re-location of all General Aviation facilities somewhere. At its current condition, the facility can handle the task as an CAAP AMO. Good training ground for any Aviation Experience; REI, A & P, Production / Maintenance Controller, QA / QC, and other Aviation related know how.
