    The good thingsAll the employees and the boss are friendly. Harte Hanks was actually my first job actually and they made me feel as if I was working with them because I didn't feel alone in that whole span of working with them.
    The challengesThe challenges I encountered were maybe the time conflict in the schedule since I was still attending school at that time but so far the environment there was perfect and I actually made some friends while working there.

    The good thingsWhat i love about this company is that they guide their employees very well. They always give chance to everyone. They treat their employess like a real family, they are very considerate. Non-toxic working environment. & they stick with their priciple. If i were that lucky enough to be given a chance to work here again, i will do so.
    The challengesFor a technical support position, i think the rate is a little bit not competitive. & the health benefits will be given after the probationary period, unlike most of Bpo Company providing their health benefits on the 1st day of work. I wasn't able to use the health benefits when i was diagnosed with cholecystitis because i was under probationary that time.

    The good thingsExcellent salary rate for a part timer and the team you'll be working with is by far the most awesome team I had ever have ever since I started working in the BPO industry. Plus there's a lot of freebies or perks if you'd like to call it that way, every I am called to support an event. And yes, the management is by far the best! (IF I would compare it to my previous work.)
    The challengesProbably the night shift because I am a student. But what would I expect? this is BPO Industry? So It's okay, actually.

    The good thingsHighest compensation I've received from any company I've ever worked with. Environment was stressful at crucial times but lax when workload is light. Situated in a very accessible mall, with plenty of choices for food and other activities.
    The challengesDeadlines are very challenging when assigned to you, especially when my clients barely coordinate with each other when it comes to utilizing me.
