    Perfect job if you don’t have a family
    The good thingsThey have free lunch and good staff. Staff are very friendly and nice. This is actually why some people choose to stay or not to file complaints in DOLE.
    The challengesWhen computed free lunch is actually not free because your salary is not in minumum wage. Lunch is served in the office ao you cannot go out for lunch. Lunch break is fixed 20-30 mins only then work again. No breaktimes also. Coffee is free but you will need to request from the management once it runs out. Starting salary is 8k even if you are college graduate

    Overworked employees but very much underpaid
    The good thingsWorkmates are nice cause they will assist you all throughout. Management will make you feel important at first, Workload is distributed at first. You also have free lunch.
    The challengesManagement is very inconsiderate. No benefits, no payslip, no contract, no endo, no payment for overtime. After a few months of working, you will be transferred as an all around. Workload of 4 people will be placed on you without raise. Everything will be a big deal.

    The good thingsThe work environment is great with average stress level. It is a perfect training ground for growth and connection building.
    The challengesJob specifications are unclear so you have to take initiative and learn on your own.
