    Good place to start your career.
    The good thingsI feel respected as a person. The company cares about its employees. I learned a lot from this company.
    The challengesNone. The top priority of every organization in this time of crisis should be on protecting the health and wellness of the employees. I appreciate all the efforts that the company has provided. However, I don’t really feel safe because of this covid situation. But of course, life must go on. Maybe the best thing that I can do for now aside from following the health protocols is strengthening my immune system.

    The good thingsThey are giving us a so called “relaxation time” by letting us celebrate our co-workers birthdays every month. They also have a videoke and beer night party every other month.

    The good thingsI can see respect in each and every one which can lead to a strong and enduring workplace culture and positive ambiance. Also, the company is becoming more systematic in overall management.
    The challengesI cannot say anything wrong with my work as challenges are always given. The only challenge on my part right now is the weekend halfday schedule but somehow I understand since I am under Operations.
