More Job, No Life Anymore

The good thingsThe good things is you will have a good co-employees, the working environment is good , and the management is not strict in time as long as you will finish all your jobs.

The challengesThe challenges are you will have lots of jobs, you will have to do many tasks the same time even it is out of your job and the pressure is so high. You will have to endure all the bad wordings coming from the client and your boss. Plus the salary is quite low for many jobs. They will call you and you will work even after working hours.

The company executives are hands-on in handling their project resulting in high quality output.

The good thingsYou are given a freehand to input your ideas in the projects you will handle. Working hours are flexible as long as you finish the task at hand on time. Management also gives you extra monetary incentives for every project you manage and finish on schedule.

The challengesDouble tasking is very common these past few months as projects are coming in faster than they could hire competent people to handle the projects. Systematizing the rating of job performance should be implemented to reward more deserving employees.
