    Poor Management and no Career Development
    The good things-work mates -not strict when it comes to items from office, you can literally get an item from office and not get caught
    The challenges-no career development -increase is based on palakasan sa boss -HR management is poor -slow paced company -full of slacking employees -increase annually is so loooooow! (based on they so called evaluation but the truth is if you are malakas sa management, even your evaluation is low you get high increase)
