Work life balance is strongly supported, making it a truly great place to work
The good thingsEverything has been going well so far. Management and client relationships are well aligned and focused on supporting employees, making this a company where employees are valued. The CSMs and P&Cs are also highly dedicated and conduct monthly performance reviews, which help employees stay informed and identify areas for improvement.
The challengesAt the moment, there are no challenges impacting my work. I look forward to sustain stability and building a long-term career in the company.

Hammerjack really lives up to its definition of great place to work culture and work-life balance.
The good thingsI love the leadership that the people here bring. The atmosphere and the work culture are very productive and impactful towards one another. They really make sure to make a difference in the most productive ways.
The challengesWith finance and accounting, I believe the manpower is not enough. They should hire more people in the team, for the better task delegation and management. Sometimes, the outcome for this department is not enough due to heavy & demanding load of work.

I would say that, I love working in hammerjack because of work life balance, unlimited coffee and sometimes alcholic drinks are also availble after work and most I love is the continuous development through trainings and learnings provided.
The good thingsGreat work environment and applying work life balance with competitive salary package.
The challengesChallenges that help me develop is facing compliance due dates of the clients.

    Amazing company!
The good thingsThe opportunities for growth is very evident. The management is trying so hard to improve things.
The challengesThe company is very fast-phase, no room to enjoy day to day activities. This is still a good way cause this means that the company is stable.

    Monthly Activities; Workload is insane
The good thingsInitially, the company started as a good team. There are fun monthly activities
The challengesWorkload wise, management seems has no care for the well being of the employees. Workload is unthinkable. It seems like some of the people in the management side is not equipped with handling high pressure from their clients

Hammerjack is a company where you can really experience work-life balance. I can really tell that this is not your ordinary BPO.
The good thingsAside from free coffee made by the awesome Baristas, they offer fixed weekend off (depends on the account) and everybody from HR officers, utilities and even the bosses are very approachable and easy to work with. The bosses are really cool.
The challengesThe office is located in an old building so elevator sucks at times. Aircon sometimes are not working well but still manageable.

    A haven of pure bliss
The good thingsThe culture here is unbeatable, from the moment that you apply until your first day you are continuously being overwhelmed on how many good things are provided to you. From all your needs at work to extra curricular activities.they balance it very well, everything is here.
The challengesOnly thing is that there are very few opportunities to move up since the job vacancies are absolute needs of the clients.

People and culture are great, but career development is uncertain
The good things- Easily approachable HR and upper management. They’ll let you feel that you could always reach to them for anything - plus they give bonus leave credits when you participate to activities! - There are also monthly activities that you could join and enjoy with the rest of the employees - you can get along with almost everyone
The challenges- There’s no process for career progression. It’s hard to figure out how you’ll get promoted or get an annual salary increase (which I think are a concern for everyone - both current and future employees) - although I like the office setup, the building where we are located is too old (cockroaches, elevators, airconditioning are just some of the issues)

You will learn and you will feel valued
The good thingsIf they hire you, it means they know you have something to contribute. They then enable and empower you to share what you know. Successes are recognized and celebrated. Mistakes are corrected but not to the point where you feel small and useless. Everyone learns together and no one pretends they're perfect, have all the answers, or know better than others. Not even Roy and Andrew.
The challengesIf you need hand-holding for an extended period of time and struggle with independence and flexibility, this company isn't for you. They're process oriented but there's also an expectation that some things will require resourcefulness, ownership, and being proactive!

    I Choose Hammerjack
The good thingsWork-life balance! I can safely say that looking for employers who care about their employees the same way as hammerjack is like finding a four-leaf clover. My overall experience with hammerjack is such a fruitful experience. Just got to try out for yourself, right?
The challengesBenefits are average. I'm sure that the company can still offer their employees more.

    Great culture. All about people.
The good thingsStart up company. You help shape what the company will be like in years to come. Open and collaborative environment. Management always asks for feedback. Less bureaucratic. They have a bar onsite where you can grab coffee, beer or cocktails while at work. Cool right?
The challengesIt’s a start up. So don’t compare it against those big enterprises. But yes, there are few things to fine tune.

    The good thingsDayshift. That's it!
The challengesSince this is a startup company expects a lot of changes in processes. The current location/site is kinda old and dilapidated (old Building) lots of creepy crawlies everywhere! Benefits not that much do not expect too much

    Two thumbs up!
The good thingsRecruitment process is very organized from hiring to orientation. Colleagues are the best. Top management are cool people. New HR Manager is very approacheable, fast in dealing with concerns. Proven when I sent her an email to request for my ITR. She responded in 5 minutes with my ITR attached. In some companies you will wait in vain for your request. God bless you Ma'am eventhough I haven't seen you in person.
The challengesSalaries are not quite competitive but understandable because it's a start up.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsThe bosses are cool, approachable, engaging. It doesn't feel like a start up because of the employee engagement activities that I thought I'd only see in big, established companies. The environment is very positive, open. My manger is supportive and fair, and yet firm. I see myself working here for at least 10 years, hopefully more. And it's day shift, weekends off! Always a good thing. :)
The challengesWe're still relatively small, so I'm having to explain to others always who we are. But that's ok.
