    The hr is nice. But the guy that conducted the fiinal interview very late 1hr. Applicant spent money to go to very early.
    The good thingsThe hr is accomodated. But the final interviewer is super late 1hr and as if he is the owner of the company and very judgemental. Not accomodating the gesture seems unfriendly. Hes looking for a perfect candidate but he's the one 1hr late. Applicant time is so expensive we use our own money for transportation. We spent money to be there early. Then the final interviwer itself came very late as if he pays the extra time that we wait for him.

    Very well accommodated
    The good thingsThey are good in training and well precised and they are organized company. The interns would be able to showcase their skills and at the same time gain knowledge in every facet of HR department. The staff are very welcoming specially to the owner of this company they value the characteristic of an individual rather than with the intelligent one. This is highly recommended for every psych student for their industrial setting internship.
    The challengesLearning the compensation and benefits of the employees. It has a lot of process. I hesitate to ask if they need some help on the specific task. They are treating us as one of them, being an HR department is not that easy. I hesitate because some of the HR employee is cannot be easily approached. I’ve learned how to communicate with my coworker. I start talking to them so that I can be more comfortable asking them questions.

    The good thingsI am able to deal with different clients with different needs. We should be continuously providing good service to our clients. We are provided with continuous medical education by attending to seminars and convention and still enhance our knowledge as a Physician. I am able to handle different attitudes of staff which makes me a stronger person and a good leader.
    The challengesDifferent clients with different preferences. We are asked to submit statistical reports to different P & I Clubs. Everyday is a challenge as we are seeking more ways to improve our current procedure and service.
